🔒 How safe are my files?
Browser-only converters keep supported text and image data on your device. Server-side tools use bounded uploads and private temporary directories, then remove working files after processing when the request ends. Generated download links are a separate, explicit exception: they expire after one hour, while the dedicated sharing workflow expires after 24 hours. Do not upload passwords, API keys, or unnecessary personal data.
⚡ How do points work?
Buy a package of points with Stripe, and each premium tool shows its point cost before you submit. The application reserves points atomically for a paid run and refunds them when the tool fails its request-level completion check. Points never expire, and many basic utilities are free. Keep the original file and review every result before using it.
🧠 Which file formats do you support?
Support is tool-specific. The catalog lists the accepted format and limits for each workflow. Examples include bounded PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, JSON, XML, YAML, SQL, CSV, common image files, ZIP, and selected TAR/GZ operations. The browser Local Data, Text, and Image Converter covers a deliberately small local set; proprietary office, video, RAR, and 7Z conversion is not claimed.
🚀 Can I use these tools via API?
Not yet. The public API and scoped API-key management are planned, so do not rely on an API endpoint or generate credentials from this website. Use the web tools through the documented forms until an authenticated API is actually released.
🛠️ What happens if a tool fails to fix my file?
Tools are deterministic or heuristic, not guaranteed AI repairs. A result may be incomplete or unsuitable for production, especially for corrupted archives and code rewrites. Paid runs are refunded when the application records a failed request-level result; keep your original and contact support if the output is wrong or a charge needs review.
